How to serve: cold, but, ideally, take the rolls out of the fridge 15 mins earlier.

Ingredients: aubergines, walnuts, garlic, coriander (fresh), khmeli-sumeli spice mix (includes celery), white wine vinegar, water, salt, sunflower oil, pomegranate seeds.
